Deputy director of the Centre, PhD, assistant professor (supervises the department of constitutional and international law, department of legislation on national security and law enforcement)

Born on May 29, 1981.

In 2004 graduated from the BIP-Institute of Law, in 2004–2008 studied in the postgraduate school of the Institute of state and law of the National Academy of Sciences of The Republic of Belarus.

In 2012 defended the thesis in the specialty 12.00.08 (criminal law and criminology; criminal executive law). In 2016, awarded the academic title of associate professor in the specialty “Law”.

From December 2006 to October 2010 – leading specialist, chief specialist, advisor-consultant of the National Centre of Legislative Activity under the Auspices of the President of the Republic of Belarus (National Centre of Legislation and Legal Research of the Republic of Belarus).

In 2010–2014 – Head of the criminological examination of the draft laws department of a State institution “The scientific and practical Centre for problems of reinforcing law and order of the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Belarus”.

From August 2014 – Head of the department of legislation on national security and law enforcement of the National Centre for Legislation and Legal Research of the Republic of Belarus.

From May 2018 – Deputy Director of the Centre.
